  • Founding partner of Abalada Matos, Moraes Cardoso e Associados, Sociedade de Advogados, RL (2015).
  • Associate at Abalada Matos, Lorena de Sèves & Associados, Sociedade de Advogados, RL from 2006 to 2011, and partner after 2011, practising mostly in public administrative law, land-use planning and urbanism, environment, environment, real estate and private property law (2006-2015).
  • Deputy General Director of the Directorate-General of Land-Use Planning and Urban Development.
  • Deputy and adviser to the Justice Ombudsman for constitutional matters, land-use planning, urbanism, environment and culture. Deputy and adviser to several members of the Government in land-use planning, environment, housing and city policy.
  • Assistant professor at the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon.
  • Speaker and lecturer within the scope of training initiatives, seminars and conferences, on land-use planning, urbanism and environment, areas which also comprise publications.
  • Participation in many legislative procedures in land-use planning and urbanism, environment and tourism.
  • Registered with the Bar Association since 2008.
