Real Estate, Urban Rehabilitation and Town Planning
Quite frequently as a result of the follow-up of private projects pertaining to land-use planning, we ensure the design and follow-up of real estate investment operations, as well as the follow-up of the negotiations and the drafting of several types of real estate contracts. Our intervention concerns new construction in several sectors of economic activity, as well as the follow-up of urban renewal operations. We have provided public and private urban renewal projects with support in terms of designing and drafting strategic documents for urban renewal and for the execution of the respective renewal operations.
We also have extensive and renowned experience in the several areas of urbanism law: due diligence in land building capacity, follow-up of prior urban development control procedures in several types of projects, including support for procurement with public entities, follow-up of land transformation and legalisation procedures or building legalisation.
Urban consulting includes not only support for private projects, but also support for municipal urban management for several municipalities, including litigation in urban development and expropriation in public interest.
Based on the general administrative law, land-use planning, environment and urbanism, and including corporate and tax matters, we have provided consulting on the design, licensing, execution and management of several projects in various sectors of economic activity, besides tourism, namely, industrial, business and logistical parks, industrial establishments, waste management units, commercial and service establishments.
